If u really want to lose the weight, do it for you, not in hopes that she will take u back. It frankly isnt good to go back to a relationship and if she dumped you just because of the way oyou looked then she is shallow and doesnt deserve you. Love yourself for who you are and if she cant, you dont need her because there is someone out there who will without u having to change a thing about yourself. It may help u get her back but not keep her. What happens if u get sick and gain more weight or something? U need someone who is going to be there for you and support you, not dump you.
